A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.
Cards like American Express, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. If you decide to charge your reservation to your credit card before your arrival, for safety matters we request the following info to be sent via fax at 669 914 42 09 or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org *two-sided copy of the official ID of the credit card owner, two-sided copy of the credit card and a letter authorizing its use.
For cancellations or changes made within the following hours and arrival dates, the following fees apply:
*With 72 hours before the date and hour of arrival, our hotel does not apply any charge.
*With 48 hours before the date and hour of arrival, the first night of stay will be charged.
*With 24 hours before the date and hour of arrival, or no show, the hotel will charge the 100%.
Extra person policy:
Depends on the season: $150, $200, $250 and $300 MXN.
2 children under 12 years can share the room with 2 adults.
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from Internet Power, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
